Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  1. Initial Consultation Fee:

    • The initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time and resources invested in understanding your requirements and proposing a tailored social media strategy.

  2. Service Fees:

    • Once services have been initiated, refunds on service fees are not available. We commit to delivering high-quality social media services, and any concerns or issues will be addressed promptly through our support channels.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation of Services:

    • Clients may request the cancellation of services at any time. However, any fees paid for ongoing services up to the point of cancellation will not be refunded.

  2. Notice of Cancellation:

    • To initiate the cancellation process, clients must provide a written notice via email to [your agency’s contact email] with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” The cancellation will be considered effective from the date of receipt of the email.

  3. Work in Progress:

    • In the event of a cancellation, any work in progress will be halted, and the client will be billed for the services rendered up to that point.

  4. Unused Prepaid Services:

    • If the client has prepaid for services that have not yet been rendered, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion, excluding the initial consultation fee.

Refund Processing:

  1. Timeline:

    • Refund requests, if applicable will be processed within 4 Working Weeks from the date of approval.

  2. Payment Method:

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  1. Modification:

    • Internet Monk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically for changes.
